HBS57 Closed Loop Driver Instructions

1. Features:
Stepping closed-loop motor that can drive 57 flanges, no complicated
parameter adjustment, power-on automatic matching motor.
Voltage input range: 24-70VDC
Maximum peak current: 6A
Subdivision range: 200-51200ppr
Impulse response frequency: 200KHz
Signal input: differential / single-ended, pulse / direction, signal level 5-
24V compatible
Optically isolated signal input with strong anti-interference ability.
Closed-loop vector control ensures high-speed and high-torque output
of the motor while ensuring that the motor does not lose steps.
Variable current control, automatic output matching current according to
load and speed, motor heat is greatly reduced
Ultra low vibration noise.
It has protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent and tracking
error.

Terminal Description
PUL+ Pulse input signal:
The pulse effective edge is adjustable, the default pulse rising edge
PUL- is valid; in order to reliably correspond to the pulse signal, the pulse
width should be greater than 1.2μs. 5-24VDC level compatible.
DIR+ Direction input signal:
For high/low level signals, to ensure reliable commutation of the
DIR- motor, the direction signal should be established at least 5μs before
the pulse signal. 5-24VDC capacitor compatible.
ENA+ Enables the control signal, which is used to enable or disable the
driver output. When ENA is tied low (or the internal optocoupler is
turned on), the driver will cut off the current of each phase of the
ENA- motor to make the motor free and not respond to the input signal
pulse. When this function is not needed, the enable signal is left
floating. 5-24VDC capacitor compatible.

控制信号端口

PUL+ 脉冲输入信号:
脉冲有效沿可调,默认脉冲上升沿有效;为了可靠相应脉冲信

号,脉冲宽度应大于 1.2μs。5-24VDC 电平兼容。
DIR+ 方向输入信号:
高/低电平信号,为保证电机可靠换向,方向信号应先于脉冲信
DIR-
号至少 5μs 建立。5-24VDC 电容兼容。
ENA+ 使能控制信号,此输入信号用于使能或禁止驱动器输出。ENA 接
低电平(或内部光耦导通)时,驱动器将切断电机各相的电流
ENA- 使电机处于自由状态,不响应输入信号脉冲。当不需要此功能
时,使能信号端悬空即可。5-24VDC 电容兼容。
