With the increase in cleaning and sanitization of your units, please remember that there are certain items 
that will cause damage to the plumbing systems.  
 
Please do not flush: 
 
- Baby Wipes 
- Sanitizing Wipes 
- Cotton Balls 
- Q-Tips 
- Menstrual Products 
- Paper Towels 
- Tissues 
- Floss 
- Hair 
- Bleach 
 
If tenants do not follow these guidelines and repairs are necessary, tenants will be responsible for the cost to 
do so.
