PROVINCE AND CHIEF OF HOSPITALS

SUBJECT: REGULATING THE ENTRANCE OF PATIENTS COMING

FROM NEIGHBORING PROVINCES TO THE PROVINCE OF
IFUGAO

DATE: APRIL 1, 2020

Pursuant to the Enhance Community Quarantine, as part of the positive and

continuous response to the growing concerns over the possible outbreak of
COVID-19 virus in the Province and since the number of admitted patients in
our hospitals are increasing as well as bearing in mind that the personnel of
our hospitals lack of Personal Protective Equipment, the Provincial Government
decided that all entry points of this Province should prevent the entry of PUMs,
PUIs or those who have COVID-19 symptoms.
Thus, considering our safety and wellbeing especially our front liners, all
patients coming for consultation from neighboring Provinces are temporarily
prohibited to enter the Province of Ifugao until such time that said personnel
are fully equip with the required equipment. In furtherance hereof, all
personnel manning the entry points of this Province are adviced to prevent the
entry of said patients until further notice.
