This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated March 25, 2020 regarding temporary
suspension of operations of the Company andin furtherance of our intimations dated April 7,
2020 and April 17, 2020 wherein we had informed about commencement of partial operations
for manufacturing products required for essential commodities atits manufacturing facilities
situated at Nandesari, Roha, Taloja and Dahej.
In this regard, this is to inform you that in view of requirements of various other products of the
Company by customers, which are essential raw materials used in the manufacturing of
essential commodities, the Company applied to concerned authorities for granting permission
to manufacture such productsatits manufacturing facility situated at Hyderabad.
Accordingly, having received the permission from concerned authorities, the Company,after
taking all necessary measures(a) to ensure supply of raw materials and manpowerand (b) to
ensure safety of its workmen, partially commenced operations at its plant situated at
Hyderabad.
It may be noted that now all manufacturing facilities of the Company have commenced partial
operations for ensuring supply of essential commodities during nationwide lockdown due to
Covid-19 outbreak.
