WRO300 Operation

START: Press until light goes on. The display shows

STOP:Press until light goes out and the WRO goes to Standby.

Regular maintenance:

MANUAL FLUSH before and after use .

1.Press key until SELECT is shown in the display and starts to flash.

2.From SELECT, choose MANUAL FLUSH ( 5 mins ) using arrow UP and DOWN keys.

3.Initiate the MANUAL FLUSH by pressing key until the light goes on. The manual

Flush will now continue for 5 mins and goes to Standby automatically

Weekly Chemical Disinfection

1.The WRO shall be in Standby mode( disconnected from the dialysis machine).

2.Insert the wand connector into the chemical intake port of the WRO300.Press firmly and turn
the connector downwards to lock. Check that the connector is securely in place.

3.CHEM SELECT is shown in the display and starts to flash.

4. Insert the open end of the disinfection wand into a container with sufficient amount of
disinfectant(Dialox).Check that the open end of the intake wand is below the solution level and
that the clamp is open.

5.From CHEM SELECT,choose DIALOX using arrow UP and DOWN keys.

6.Initiate the DISINFECTANT INTAKE by pressing key until the light goes on.

7.401 REMOVE WAND is displayed and the buzzer sounds and is flashing. Press

8. Disconnect the wand by turning the connector a quarter of a turn and gently pull it out and
flush the wand with water.

9. The CHEM DISINFECTION procedure will now continue automatically followed by RINSE.
The remaining time to complete the procedure is displayed.

10.The display will show PERFORM RESIDUAL TESTafter the completion.The indication

will remain steady lit and the will flash.

11. Collect a water sample from the product water line and test for the disinfectant residuals .

Confirm by pessing until light goes out . Indication remains steady lit.
