1) Identify your current sources of stress (try to identify under the 4 types of sources)

 Fatigue and overwork-This a kind of stress that builds up over a long time and can take a
hard toll on your body for examples it can be caused by working too much or too hard.
 Environment stress –This is a reaction to thing around you that cause stress examples
noise and pressure.
 Internal stress –This type of stress is caused when you have ever caught worrying about
things that you can do nothing about worrying.
 Physiological stress-it is defined as any internal conditions that challenges homeostasis of
a cell or an organism examples illness, lack of sleep.

2) How are you feeling about it? - Physically and emotionally. Identify yourself in 1 or
more of the 4 colors?

When I stress I feel passive, dependent, tend to procrastinate, lacks of motivation and lacks of
skills. When I stress I tend stay in temporarily so I identify myself in the color yellow.

Then after one or two day I return normal I start to become active, optimistic about my work,
goal oriented for the future, willing to take personal responsibility and become more motivated
and passionate to do things. The color I identify is green because I have knew how to use and
cope with stress.

3) How are you currently coping with stress?

We can cope with stress by eat healthy and well balanced meals or do exercise on a regular
basis. The second solutions how we can cope with stress by talking to other for example we
can share our problem with someone who is friendly with us like our families. We share our
problem to someone we feel food and relieved. We can take a break to avoid stress for
example we can take holidays or relax at home.

4) How could you be coping better with stress?


I will change the environment and myself in term of attitude and belief. Eventually by changing
the environment and the atmosphere can teach how to live my life more passionately and willing
to face reality. Eventually this can make more responsible and give me a lesson how to live my
life alone without being dependent on others. Hence in term of attitude and belief this can make
more motivated and willing to accept things because I can reduce and I have choice. This can
balance my work and home in term of personal and professional life

5) Will you do it?

Yes I will do for the sake of myself and for the people near my surrounding who are genuinely
want me to move ahead in life by accepting the reality of life and make them happy in order for
myself to find inner satisfaction that I am being able to make people happy near me which will
encourage to live for these people and more importantly for myself in order to combat myself
from entering into stress.
