 One similar nature of work means Detailed topographical
survey, using DGPS/LiDAR/Total Station, preparation of
designs, drawings, estimates DTP's including the preparation
of Detailed Project Report etc complete for Canal
network/Modernization of Canal network on his/their own).
xiii Bidder should have liquid assets or credit facility
Credit lines/ Letters of Credit/ Certificates from Banks
xiv The Consultancy firm should have experience in preparation
of Design, Drawings, Cost estimate, Package Estimates for
canal and special structures across/along canals like Tunnel,
Aqueducts, Chutes, CR/Escape cum VRB etc.,
xv The bidder should own the following survey equipments and the
relevant documents shall be uploaded. 1) DGPS with static and
RTK capability-15 Nos, 2) Total stations-4 Nos, 3) AUTO CAD / Civil
3D - 10 Nos 4) Auto Level- 4 nos, 5) STAAD PRO for Design
xiv Scanned signature of the bidder/ JV authorized
representative in case of a firm or company, to be attached
while uploading the bid documents. Also in case of
authorized representative, scanned copy of power of
attorney should be uploaded & the original should be
produced at the time of opening of tender.

necessarily employed in the above work. Any non compliance noticed will result in forfeit of
the EMD and also blacklisting of the contract firm. In exceptional cases the change in name will
be permitted with the prior consent of the concerned C.E. The equivalent shall be of the same
grade and experience as per replacement.
