Alchemist is a 360-degree marketing solutions company with a range of expertise, having dedicated teams
to develop and provide solutions in Business Strategy, CRM, Media Management, Creative Services,
Events & Activation, Digital Marketing, Celebrity Management, Turnkey Orchestration & IP.

This document proposes Alchemist as the exclusive Digital Marketing Agency for DLF Cybercity- Gurgaon,
Chennai and Hyderabad

Scope of Services

A: Website Maintenance

1. What IS included in this Agreement

a. Response for bug fixes and maintenance

b. Regular monitoring and updation to ensure performance across all the latest versions of
Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, Safari, and mobile versions of
Chrome and Safari
c. Regular backups of website so that it may be fully restored in case of loss
d. Monitoring website’s functionality to ensure that everything is working as it should and
perform updates when necessary
e. Plugin-level updates for specific functionality within the context of CMS, if any
f. Front-end updates to HTML, CSS, and Javascript
g. Regular updates such as Events, News, Image Gallery, Media Coverage, Awards etc.
h. Minor changes in Content & Images
i. Assisting with downtime or performance issues by liaising with the web host provider
j. Consultation, advice and guidance on the use of the website

If any regular maintenance or software update procedure requires additional time to complete beyond
the scope of this agreement, client will be notified in advance and any additional time will be billed
separately.

b. What is NOT included in this Agreement

a. Maintenance, support, or hosting services for website sections on parent website

(www.dlfcybercity.com) other than DLF Cybercity Chennai, Kolkata, Chandigarh &
Hyderabad
b. Developing new features on the website
c. Modifying the layout of the website or any change on the website which impacts it

 d. Creating webpages with different layout or navigation structure

B: SEO for Chennai section

1. SEO
a. Perform an in-depth analysis of website’s On-page & Off-page SEO
b. Analyze stress points and prime positive/negative factors
c. Draft an SEO strategy in sync with present rankings
d. Finalize SEO action plan for On-page & Off-page SEO
e. Strategically perform SEO tasks in accordance with Google’s SEO algorithms
f. Constant monitoring of Rankings, Traffic and other SEO metrics
g. Optimizing SEO action plan based on performance and ranking trend

2. Set measurement metrics

a. Define success measures for SEO
b. Set up performance tracking and evaluate SEO progress/Ranking analysis
c. Set KRAs and evaluation metrics for ourselves
d. Reviews

Deadlines and Deliverables

Alchemist will respond via email to all maintenance requests from Client within 4 hours on weekdays with
a confirmation that the request was received as well as an estimated completion date. Maintenance
requests received after 5:00 pm IST on weekdays may not be completed until the next business day unless
prior arrangements have been made.

Alchemist will make all reasonable efforts to adhere to all quoted deadlines for the deliverables w.r.t.
Client’s maintenance requests. However, in the event where Alchemist faces any issues in delivering on a
quoted deadline, Client will be notified via email with the reasoning for any change.

Deliverables
1. Website project tracker, SEO reports and Google Analytics report to be shared by 30th of every
month

Remuneration

Fee: Retainer – Rs. 150,000 per month

• Rs. 30,000 per month for the maintenance of website (Chennai and Hyderabad)
• Rs 30,000 per month for maintenance of website (Gurugram)
• Rs. 40,000 per month for SEO for up to 35 keywords (Chennai)
• Rs. 50,000 per month for SEO for up to 55 keywords (Gurugram)

Payment: Within 30 days of receiving the invoice

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Note
• All 3rd party costs and travel & stay are additional, if required
• Content writing is separate and to be billed on actuals
• OOP [out of pocket] expenses are additional
• GST or any other government taxes are additional
• The costs may differ in case we have to achieve any specific objectives which will be determined on
agreement
