We need to design Coffee table book of same size as DLF Cybercity Chennai Coffee Table Book for
DLF Downtown Project.

First cut - Digitally printed by Tuesday evening

We will share new Photographs for updation.

Final Delivery – Thursday evening - 20 digital copies

e. PROJECT I Park BRIEF:

DLF iPark, Taramani – Project Master Plan and Concept

0 The overall master plan of Taramani is being developed as a multi-block campus development
spread over 26 acres with wide internal roads, and inter-connected office blocks at the podium
level. The buildings have been designed with 2 levels of basement and 4 levels of podium for car
parking with office floors on the top of the podiums.
1 The project is planned keeping in mind Chennai hot temperature. Special façade strategy for
control of thermal exposure and natural daylight.
2 The master plan has been designed to keep the future trend of increasing employee mobility
through Ride Share and (Uber and Ola etc.) and thus have provided wider internal road in
straight line to facilitate visitors and cab drop –off on both sides of the buildings at the road level
i.e. Ground Floor, Atriums.
3 The entire amenities are planned at podium level 4 of the project which interconnected skywalks
and central amenities block. Thus, creating energy at the project at the road level Ground floor
and also a level 4 podium level. The drop-off shall happen and ground level wherein employees
shall take escalators for podium 4 levels with F&B offering.
4 The Central Amenities Block will be conceived as the Focal Point of the Entire IT Complex. This
Building is designed in essence to incorporate the F&B offerings like the Cyber Hub in Gurgaon.
In addition, this will be a large 1200 seater capacity Food court, Cafes, Quick Service Retail
outlets, Gymnasium, health & wellness center.

Office Space in Chennai by future proofing it with efficient floors, ascetically pleasing elevations

f. Building Specification at DLF iPark Taramani


 The buildings proposed has been designed as per NBC 2016 and with new-age specifications,
open and collaborative workspace requirements while keeping in view the latest of safety,
security and sustainability standards.
 Rectangular Floor plate with central core and high efficiency. Minimum service footprint
towards the façade. Dedicated AHU for each quadrant to operate different operational
hours  
 Ground Floors to have the necessary amenities like Creche, Food Court, Gym
 On 5th Floor to have exclusive terrace
 Key building specification includes Platinum / Gold LEED USGBC Certified Project, 4.2 Floor to
Floor Height, 10 Meters Plus Column Span, 110 KV Grid power supply with AC Plant, DG
Plant, GIS Substation, with 11 KV Substation. The building specifications are attached in
presentation.
