smuggling and piracy towards the promotion of Maritime Security in the ASEAN
Region

Policy Recommendation from the Office of Police Attaché in Jakarta, Indonesia

Considering the continuous smuggling and piracy activities affecting the

Philippine maritime security, the Office of Police Attaché submits to the attention
of the Chief, Philippine National Police the recommendation to establish a
monthly Joint Cross-border Law Enforcement Cooperation to end Smuggling and
Piracy (JCLEC-SP) in the ASEAN Region to be participated by all member
countries.
