Three (3) Divisions : DIVISION I for Luzon, DIVISION II for Visayas, and DIVISION III for
Mindanao and with an independent Provost Marshall, Philippine Command Mother Unit.

DEVELOPMENT MARSHALL PROGRAMME, INC. (H-IPC INTERPOLCOM) is an organization
who is presently reached remarkable number of members is global and in the Philippine
command. Our VISION, MISSION, OBJECTIVE is to serve as a catalyst for peaceful global
environment by assisting in resolving crime against humanities and by providing essential
worldwide services to private entities, government authorities & law enforcement agencies.

In pursuit to support President Duterte’s good intentions for the Filipino people, we are
attuned with same PRINCIPLES as his, as such, as a vehicle or a channel for social development
through socio-economic programs and projects dedicated to everybody, to the seniors,
professional, peasants, men, women, youth and all sector of our society.

With this in mind, we appeal to your great generosity for our needs as follows:

1. OFFICE – Office space, Office Equipment and Office Supplies

2. CLINIC - Clinic space
3. FIRE TRUCK (2)
4. AMBULANCE (2)
