Method Statement
Purpose

To provide work sequence of the activities for the tapping of Primary supply of HP compressor
equipment and ensuring to comply the HSE requirements of URC Calamba

Work Sequence
1. Preparation of High voltage XLPE Cable
 Cutting, installation of terminal lugs and Termination Kit
2. Conduct Testing
3. Preparation of supports
4. Shut down works
 Request shutdown schedule 2 weeks ahead
 Ensure no connected load to open the Load break switch
 Apply LOTOTO in main Load Break Switch
 Check voltage using high voltage detector tester
 Install grounding cluster
 Install H frame /scaffolding
 Disconnect existing cable
 Installation of support of Fuse cut out and insulators
 Install fuse cut out and insulators
 Termination of cables in LBS and Fuse cut out including dismantled wires
 Energization –
