Operating guidelines For NTCC


(LWM 100 ,Moot Court Internship)

All the students of ALS, Noida of B.A,LL.B(H), BBA,LL.B(H), B.COM,LL.B(H) ,


10th semester and LL.B (H) 6th semester, are hereby informed the operating
Guidelines for Moot Court Internship (LWM 100 ) are as follows..

1. It has been decided that those who are doing online internship after 14th March,
2020 based on the available facilities of the organisations where students are
interning, will continue in doing so.

2. All students shall be required to submit the Moot Court Internship diary and an
internship report to their respective supervisor based on their internship work done (5-
6 wks) with the organisation after joining back to ALSN as shall be announced by the
University. They must remain in touch with the supervisor.

3. In addition to that every student shall get from their supervisor two Case Laws
( One criminal and another Civil) to anlyse, interpret and write a report to be
submitted to the supervisor after joining  back to  ALSN.

4. The Moot Court internship diary, Moot Court Internship write up and Case Law
based research report shall be evaluated for each student along with a viva as per the
laid down procedures. Further break up of evaluation for  Internship activities and
Case Laws report shall be communicated in due course of time.
