WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT- 1

During the initial week, I was introduced to the organisation and

made familiar with the kind of matters that the organisation dealt
in. I was given a case on the first day which made me do extensive
research on Minority Laws and Minority Education Institutions. I also
prepared chronology for the same. I learn to draft a few agreements
like a Non-disclosure Agreement, Non-Disclosure Contract for
consultancy firm, reply to register etc. Also, researched and made a
list of landmark judgments to strengthen my case.
I also researched on laws about cheque bounce for a case and
studied all relevant sections.
