Study reveals music is more than just pleasure
Studies show your mood, mental clarity, and well-being can all be positively affected based on designer
music

WHAT: The study investigates the impact of different types of music on tension, mood and
mental clarity. The results showed designer music was the most effective in increasing
positive feelings and decreasing negative feelings. Results suggest designer music may be
useful in the treatment of tension, mental distraction, and negative moods.
