1.INTRODUCTION

1.1-CONSUMER PERCEPTION
Customer perception refers to the process by which a customer selects, organizes, and interprets information/stimuli inputs to
create a meaningful picture of the brand or the product.
1.2-ABOUT HIMALAYA-
The Himalaya drug Company was founded in 1930 by Mr. M. Manal. Himalaya. The Himalaya Drug Company
manufactures and markets Herbal healthcare and personal care products to customers worldwide. It offers pharmaceuticals
for children's, women's, men's, general, oral, and derma healthcare aspects; nutrition and animal health products; personal
care products, including skin care, hair care, oral care, Herbal tea, specialty, and men's care products; and wellness
products.
1.3-ABOUT PRODUCT “ANTISEPTIC CREAM
Himalaya Antiseptic Cream is a soothing cream with antibacterial and antifungal action. It is an excellent treatment for
cuts, wounds, burns, rashes, sores and fungal skin infections. Himalaya’s soothing Antiseptic Cream, which contains Aloe
Vera, Almond, Indian Madder (Rubia cordifolia) and other natural ingredients.

 Thompson Elaine (2015) Himalaya herbals is one of the best herbal brand available in India. It is a well
known brand that sells quality products at affordable prices. Skin is always free from infections. So the users of
Himalaya are free to get advantage of each product available to them.

 As per the study by Godsell & Melanie (2014), Antiseptic Cream that provides your skin essential Soothing as
it. It is a nice, light and inexpensive moisturizer which smells nice and keeps the skin soft. Clearly, the
Himalaya Antiseptic Cream cures rashes, cuts, wounds, burns, minor skin infections and sores and eruptions as
well.

5.3-CONCLUSION

The present study reveals that the customers have a good preference towards Himalaya Antiseptic Cream. It can be
concluded that it has been very interest and is a useful experience while undergoing this study of customer’s preference and
satisfaction. This study period is way to acquire a greater knowledge about the various factions of difference customers. The
popularity of the brand also one of the factors urged the customer for their purchase duration. In overall the customer are
satisfied with the brand, natural ingredients and price of the Himalaya Antiseptic Cream.

So, as the consumers overall satisfaction to the product is good and the consumers are also ready to recommend this product
to others. Hence there is a need to advertise more to create awareness and use of Himalaya Antiseptic Cream. This will
facilitate the consumers to understand the importance of products and buy more in future.
