Reports
Introduction
1. All reports can be found under ”Reports” menu in Bnz_HO application
2. Every report has a parameter screen, available through the report parameters button the
necessary info (such as, date/period, item range detail level, etc….)

3. Every report can be printed after it is shown on the screen. For this, the printer sign upper left side
of the report (preview) on the screen has to be clicked. The screen/window like below will be
open.

4. Every report can be exported to a EXCEL file by using the export button and selecting the format

and destination of the file

5. Navigation through the report pages can be done via the “NEXT” and “PREVIOUS” buttons or by
typing the desired page number in the search box

6. The user can search for a relevant word or string (especially if the report has many pages) via the
search button

7. Report user needs to login to Bnz_HO to view the reports

This report the total amount of sales, for each station in the interval selected, in a time interval,
detailed by each station

Report parameters
First date / Last date – the time interval for the report
First store/Last store – station codes (interval) for which the report will be run

Report details
Date – date from the selected time interval
Starting balance – balance at the start of the interval
Total Sale – total sale of the interval
Balance – balance at the end of the interval
Station Name – name of the station,,

Item groups – the reports will be sorted by item categories (if defined)
Price – Price code (if more than 1 price if defined)

Station code – station code
Station name – station name
Category – if selected, the report is sorted by item categories
Qty sold – sold quantity of each item in the interval
Amount sold – total ampunt per each item sold

Report parameters
First date / Last date – the time interval for the report
First item / Last item – item codes (interval) for which the report will be run
First store / Last store – store codes (interval) for which the report will be run
Item groups – the reports will be sorted by item categories (if defined)
Category Level – possibility to select the category grouping
Summary – will add a summary section for each store
Items Details – will show details for items
Store Detail – will show data store by store
Detailed Sizes – not relevant for Oil Market

Sales List -> Summary

This report displays the total amount (for all transactions) registered in the stations, for the selected
time interval

Report parameters
First date / Last date – the time interval for the report

Station code – station code
Station name – station name
No. of receipts – total number of transactions registered in the station
Total revenue – total amount of transactions (without VAT)
Total VAT – total amount of VAT
Total sales – total amount of transactions (including VAT)

Sales List -> Detail

This report displays the total amount (for all transactions) registered in the stations, for the selected
time interval, detailed for each day

First store / Last store – store codes (interval) for which the report will be run

Date
No. of receipts – total number of transactions registered in the for the selected date

ForeCourt -> Counters Reconciliation

Counters reconciliation report, run on the first day of every month for the previous month – after
recording mechanical index at EOD in the stations.

First date / Last date – time period for the report – first and last day of the previous month
First depot / Last depot – station codes for which the report will be run

Report details
Pump no – pump code
Nozzle no – nozzle code

Fuel type – fuel code defined for the selected nozzle

Accumulated opening – mechanical index, recorded at the first date of the report
Accumulated final – mechanical index, recorded at the last date of the report
Accumulated difference – the difference between the two indexes (refueled quantity per each
pump nozzle)
Electronic total opening - electronic index, recorded at the first date of the report
Electronic total difference - the difference between the two indexes (refueled quantity per each
pump nozzle)

ForeCourt -> Tanks Reconciliation

Tanks reconciliation report can be run for any previous day or time period and shows the theoretical
quantities of fuels in the tanks (calculated by GRNs, sold quantities and fuel inventories).

Report parameters
First date / Last date – time period for the report – first and last day of the previous month
First depot / Last depot – station codes for which the report will be run

Report details
Tank no – tank code
Fuel code
Fuel description
Initial stock – initial quantity of the fuel, calculated at first date of the report
Sold qty – sold quantity in the selected time interval
Received qty – received quantities (by GRN documents)
Adjusted – adjusted quantities through inventories
Final stock – final quantities, calculated for the last date of the report
TLG – quantities taken by TLG at the last date
Difference – the calculated difference between theoretical quantities (final stock) and TLG

ForeCourt -> SHIFT Sale Report

SHIFT Sale report can be run any time period and shows the sale of fuels for each shift.

Report parameters
First date / Last date – time period for the report – first and last day of the previous month
First depot / Last depot – station codes for which the report will be run

Build Store List
1. Select “Store List” in menu “Customer Management”->“Definitions”->“Store Lists”
2. Select “TYPE” as “Pricing Fuel”
3. Click “Ok”
4. Add station to the store list

Produce Temporary Price Lists

1. Select “Fuel Prices Definition” in menu “Definitions”->“Retail Pricing”->“Fuel Prices”->“Fuel Prices
Definition”
2. Select “Product Temp Price List” from green drop down menu
3. Select store list, activation method (EOD, Specific time, Immediate)
4. Input new prices for each item
