TOUR ITINERARY:

Day 01: Arrival at Port Blair

On arrival at Port Blair in the morning by flight, you will be received and transfer to your hotel. After lunch at
3.00 pm visit for a beautiful Carbyn’s Cove sea beach, there after proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and
Light Show at Cellular Jail at 7.00 pm ( English show), where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is
brought alive. Night stay at port Blair.

Day 02: Port Blair – Havelock Island

Early morning you will be taken to Phoniex bay Harbour to take a Private ferry In Havelock Island our
representatives will be there to meet you in the Havelock Harbour and take you to the Resort by Ac vehicle and
assist you to do Resort check in formalities. After a short time for leisure have lunch and pr oceed towards
Radhanagar Beach. Overnight stay at Havelock.

Day 03: Excursion to Elephant Beach: Complimentary Snorkeling

Car will come at 0800 hrs and please ensure you are ready as the boat will leave at 0830 hrs and it is a further
10 min drive away to the boat): Embark on the most memorable snorkeling trip. Later return back to Havelock
island Overnight stay at Havelock

Ø Note: Please carry change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for this
trip.

Day 04: Havelock –Port Blair

In morning after breakfast checkout and departure from hotel and move towards havelock harbor to take ferry
for port Blair. On arrival at Port Blair Island, our representative will receive you and check in at Resort/hotel
Stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 05: Visit Ross Island and Northbay Island

In the morning start a day tour by boat to visit Ross Island then later visit to North Bay Island (Coral Island) an
ideal spot for coral viewing by glass bottom boat (Optional activity: Snorkeling/ Glass Bottom / Sea Walk /
Scuba Diving).

Day 06:- Departure Day

Today check-out from your hotel and get transferred to the airport for your return flight out of Port Blair.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
1) Photo Session:
There is no fixed charges for that, it starts from 500 and goes upto 2000-3000 depending on the
clients requirements. (Includes: Transportation, Photographer charge & soft copy in CD.)
2) Scuba Diving:
Going for the underwater Scuba Diving is like going for an underwater tour inside the reef,
swimming between corals, seeing variety of fish, and discovering the rich sea life underwater in the crystal
clear blue water. It is recommended for not only swimmers but even non-swimmers can enjoy these
activities at their at most level. Our trained and certified guides are always in the water beside you to ensure
your safe adventure & we guarantee your maximum safety.
Rs 3,500/- per person + 300-400 for photos. (Includes: Diving suit, gear & underwater photography. Note:
Swimming skills is not required.)
3) Under Water Sea Walk:
Rs 3,800/- per person + 300-400 for photos At 15-25ft under sea level, the pace can be leisurely,
hopping down from India’s only sea-walker station, operated by Sea Link Adventures only one company in
Andaman, so the price is fixed.( Includes: Gear & underwater photography. Note: Swimming skills is not
required.)
Note: The above mentioned all 03 optional activities you can book at the time of booking the package,
so that we can arrange/prepare well in advance. Without advance booking we could not able to
arrange or it will be subject to availability. In case, after including the activity and after reaching here
before doing the activity if you are not interested to do then the full amount will get refund to you.

 Below 5 Year Child is on Complementary basis.
 In case of non availability of Rooms similar Category Hotels will be provided.
 Itinerary if given is purely suggestive and optional and services will be provided only as per the quote.
 Most of the Hotels Check in Time is 12 Noon and check out 11 am. Early Check in and Late check out
only as per availability and any extension is completely the discretion of the Hotel.
 Most of the destination there are no classified Star Hotels and the hotels we provide will be with Similar
facility Hotels.
 The below rate is applicable if the booking with accommodation & transportation together.

Land Package Booking Payment Policy will be:
1st Payment: 30% - at the time of Booking.
2nd Payment: 30% - of the Booking Amount (After getting confirmation voucher)
3rd Payment: 40% of the Booking Amount 7 Days prior to departure date.
For Booking Flight Ticket we charge 100% amount.

 Before 45 days to the departure : Rs. 1000/- Per Person  
 From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 25% of Package Cost
 From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 50% of Package Cost
 From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of Package Cost
 7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable
 Retention may be charged on case to case basis.
 If we have notified you a different cancellation rule, then the above rule will not be applicable.
 No refund is admissible if service is cancelled due to force majeure events such as acts of God, civil /
political disturbances or events beyond our control. Proof of Identity:
 As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo Identity (Voters ID,
Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Armed forces identity card etc.).
 It is compulsory for foreign Nationals and NRI's to carry their passport with valid Visas or PIO
(Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
