 Hindi team had a conference meeting on Google meet for about an hour or 2 in the morning to
discuss SSD format and days’ work
 The team has been working on the SSD and moderation of the same
 There has been considerable time invested in discussion over the phone
 The team has filled the Information Management System however, comments from HOD not there
 The HOD has also filled the Information Management System.
 All the team members have provided details of work for almost 10 hours

 The HOD had a meeting with the team to discuss about changes in format of SSD. While HOD has
filled meeting duration as 2-3 hours , team members have filled the telephonic meeting duration to 30
minutes to 1 hour.
 The HOD spent around 2 hours filling Information management system of team and keeping track of
daily work of team members
 Work has been allocated for the month by the HOD
 HOD has filled remarks like ok, should not take so much time etc. to work done by team members
 The team has worked on the workload assigned to them and follow up by moderators and HOD is duly
filled in for 8-9 hours for the day
