STRENGHTS
Financial Leverage - With the recent funding of $200 million from Ant Financials and along with
that the funding from 4 of its major investors, zomato can use these financial gain in expansion
of their business.

Wide Range of restaurants offered - The Company introduced Zomato Book in late 2016 and
became the largest reservations player in India within a month. Users can reserve tables in
more than 10000 restaurants across the globe.

WEAKNESSES

Price difference in menu and app prices – Personally experiencing it has been the reality that
the prices put up on the app are different from the menu prices. This develops the feeling
within a customer of being cheated.

Digital Security – In May 2017 an application of zomato was hacked which resulted in 17 million
