The importance of exercise for physical health

During this time, most people consider exercise to have only physical benefits, such as
healthy heart and reduce high blood pressure. Apparently, physical activity has far more benefits
than physical health. That routine exercise also has an effect on thinking ability, work
performance, and stress regulation. Sport is found to have an effect on improving mood, so it can
foster enthusiasm in work. Sports activities that are carried out do not need to be too difficult,
jogging or yoga is also enough. The benefits of exercise for physical health is indeed no need to
doubt. Physical exercise is very influential on bone strength and endurance.Exercise can improve
the body's immune system so it doesn't get sick easily. Physical activity makes circulation of
white blood cells and antibodies move faster, so they can detect disease early. exercise is also
good for bone strength. Physical exercise can minimize the reduction in re-density that usually
occurs in adulthood, increase bone mass formation, and maintain balance so it is not easy to fall
and experience bone injury.
