Checklist of documents needs to be submitted by newly appointed employees at the time of


joining.

1) Copy of the Educational Certificate, Degree/Diploma.

2) Copy of the Resignation & Discharge letter of Previous Company.

3) Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN).

4) Copy of Passport/Driving License/Voter I-card for residence proof.

5) EPF number of previous company.

6) Five passport size latest photographs.

7) Salary certificate of previous organization.
