Airlines Catering Hi-Loader is an indigenously designed and developed product by HyComm


Engineering with state of the art controls, Safety, Redundant Hydraulics, Stable Structure and
Economical unit comparing with local and international products across the Globe.

While several options and customization options are available, the standard unit comes with
insulated body, half width manual forward moving bridge that can be mounted on an ISUZU,
Hino, Mitsubishi or other customer supplied chassis.

Our system utilizes state of the art collision avoidance technologies used in today’s high-end
automobile such as Mercedes, BMW and other while docking with the aircraft, ensuring aircraft
safety from operator’s negligence. This is made possible using LADAR system, controlled by PLC
computer and safety electronics.

The current available models support narrow and wide body aircrafts. Custom designed
manufacturing complying with International standards such as IATA AHM 910/913/915, BS EN
1915-1: 2001, BS EN 1915-2: 2001, EN 12312 part 2 is possible as an option.

All the manufacturing and fabrication is done using temperature controlled tools and industry
best practices.
