Pick your favorite songs and Wall Sit!

Available on YouTube or do your own!

 Pick a song and see if you can Wall Sit your way to the end of the song.

 Start out small and work your way to the end.

 This might take more than a week so pace yourselves!

 Continue your journal to see your progress.

 Challenge a friend or family member!

 Variations: With one leg out straight, with both hands in the air, etc.
