Hit a Target Challenge Week#6

Pick your favorite songs to listen to while you move or dance!

Activities are available on YouTube or do your own!

 This is a throwing Challenge.

 Create a target.

 This could be a piece of paper on the wall.

 Or a garbage can on the floor.

 Roll up a sock and make a starting point.

 See how many times you can hit the target in 30 seconds! Then 1 minute!

 Increase the distance and see how far you can still hit the target.

 Always get permission first so you don’t break anything!

 Be creative and make some other target challenges.

 Have some fun!

 Share your ideas with your friends and family!

 Continue your journal to see your progress.

 Send us a photo or a drawing so we can see it. We can add it to our next
slide show!

 Remember to stay active for at least 30 minutes a day when possible.
