Push-Up & Sit-Up Challenge Week#4

Pick your favorite songs to listen to while you move!

Activities are available on YouTube or do your own!

 Start with 20 push-ups & 20 sit-ups every day for the week.

 You can increase the number by 5 or 10 each week.

 You can do multiple sets (2, 3 or more) of each in a day.

 See how many push-ups & sit-ups you can do in the month of May.

 Variations: modified push-ups, one armed push-ups, un-even push-ups,


crunches, v-sits. Get creative and push yourself!

 How did your Wall sit challenge go? Keep going…..

 Pick a new song and continue previous challenges!

 Remember this might take more than a week so pace yourselves!

 Continue your journal to see your progress.

 Challenge a friend or family member!

 Send us a photo or a drawing so we can see it. We can add it to our next
slide show!
