Juggle Challenge Week#7

Pick your favorite songs and continue to move or dance!

Activities are available on YouTube or do your own!

 This is a Juggling Challenge.

 Grab 2 items (rolled up socks, scarves or tennis balls).

 See if you can keep them in the air!

 Try with two hands then one hand.

 Add a third item!

 How long can you keep them in the air?

 Can you juggle three with one hand?

 Challenge yourself to see how many items you can juggle at a time!

 Always get permission first so you don’t break anything!

 Have some fun!

 Share your ideas with your friends and family!

 Continue your journal to see your progress.

 Send us a photo or a drawing so we can see it. We can add it to our next slide show!

 Remember to stay active for at least 30 minutes a day when possible.
