    National Officer
    b. Statement letter from Local Coordinator
    c. Statement letter, stating that you had participated in CIMSA
    National Meeting
    d. Statement letter, stating that you are still a member of your
    local
    e. A passport picture
    f. A scan of resident ID card
    (if any of the above mentioned documents has not been submitted at the
    application deadline, this candidature will be considered invalid)
