4. Proof of means of Financials support – (4MB File size)

A. Affidavit of support (no more than 3/ 4pages) if sponsor will be without parents then explanation letter
will be needed.
B. Chartered Accountant Report
C. Passport/NID of the sponsors
D. Sponsor’s Source of Income
a. Employment Certificate with Salary information- ONE PAGE
b. Business Documents (Trade License, Memorandum (1ST /Last PAGE, SHARE INFO ONLY), audit
report, business A/C statement (FOUR MONTHS), Chamber of Commerce Certificate, Business
Tax Certificate
c. Rental Agreement (each agreement ONE PAGE ONLY) or House Rent Receipts (one month)
d. Personal Tax Certificate (last two years) in English or translated into English

E. Liquid asset–
a. Sanchaya Patra- USE SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE ONLY
b. Fixed Deposit- USE SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE ONLY
