steel and glass.
The exterior is designed with a
lustrous curtain wall and is one
of the very few buildings to
carry such a thoroughly detailed
design. It’s concept of the
‘peeled’ façade is articulated
with internal balconies. The top
and bottom corners peel away
which accentuates the dynamic
form of the tower.
The environmentally responsive
facade’s function, where light
shelves and shading systems are
designed to react to the
building’s orientation in relation
to sun’s path. The eastern and
western elevations of the
building will have vertical fins,
which will negate the negative
attributes of low angle sun. The

residents to enjoy the
panoramic views of the city. A
series of sky terraces and
extended box ledges of differing
sizes will aid in reducing the
glare of the sun and function as
an effective shading device.
