How well did the intern complete his/her projects and responsibilities? To what degree
were the learning objectives and activities met?

Rataryvius did a very good job with every project I threw at him. He was dedicated to
helping us capture more of the Track and Field program, which is something we have not had
captured a lot in the past. He was able to help with any task asked of him for any sporting event we
have had.

What did the intern accomplish or add to your organization, which would not have occurred
otherwise?
He was able to add another dimension to the program we have not had in the past by
capturing moments we wouldn’t have gotten if it wouldn’t have been for him.

How has the student developed professionally and personally during this internship?

Rataryvius was always eager to step up to the task at hand regardless of which sport or
event was happening, this showed great professional development on his part.

How well was the student prepared to take on this internship (academic preparation,
maturity, job ski lls, etc.)? Please elaborate and give examples of additional preparation
you would recommend.

Rataryvius was prepared to take on this internship through knowledge of athletics and
through sports management classes.

What additional preparation do you recommend to prepare the student for an entry-level position in
your field?

More preparation on sports information items such as stats, social media marketing, and
digital design.
