Schedule fo r Interview / Viva-Voce and Certificate
Verification for Admissions into Ph.D (Full Time/ Part Time) Programmes
for the Academic Year 2019-20

All the APRCET-2019 qualified candidates are hereby informed to attend the
Interview / Viva-Voce and Certificate verification as per the enclosed schedule.
The candidates should verify the vacancy position and eligibility criteria for each
discipline in JNTUA web portal for Ph.D. (Full Time/ Part Time) programmes 2019-2020
before attending the Interview / viva voce.
Candidates who are absent for Interview / viva voce will not be considered for
admission.

The following original certificates should be produced at the time of Interview / Viva-Voce:

1. Printout of APRCET-2019 application form.

2. Hall Ticket of APRCET-2019.
3. SSC, Intermediate, UG & PG Degree Certificates.
4. Marks Memos of Qualifying Degrees.
5. Study Certificates issued by the Heads of the respective institutes at least 7 years ending
with qualifying examination.
6. Latest Caste Certificate issued by competent authority.
7. EWS certificate for OC candidates
8. Migration certificate (in case of candidates belongs to other than JNTUA).
9. Transfer certificate from the Institution last studied.
10. PH certificate (In case of PH candidates).
11. Service certificates (for Part-Time) from organization (s) where he/she worked/working.
12. Residence certificate for 10 years in case of private study prior to Qualifying
Examination.
13. No objection certificate (for Part-Time) from present organization.
14. One set of attested copies of all the above certificates/documents.
15. DD for Rs.500/- drawn in favor of Registrar, JNTUA, Ananthapuramu.

Along with above certificates, the candidates should bring the following documents:
a) Research Proposal / Presentation
b) Participation in the Seminar s/ Workshops/ Trainings
c) Paper Publications
d) Literature Survey

 The Interview / Viva-Voce & Certificate verification process is likely to
continue up to late hours and in some cases even to the next day. The candidates
should come prepared to stay for one more day, if required.
