The Center for Autism & Related Disorders (CARD) is a The Children & Youth with Special Health Care Needs program
center through The Kennedy Krieger Institute. This is a joint federal/state & local program. The Talbot County
center provides Sharing Treatment & Autism Resources Health Department’s CYSHCN Program provides a range of
(STAR) trainings for parents & family members of those services designed to address needs of anyone from birth-21 with
a disability, chronic illness or health related, educational or
