5.I have two apartment that i think will good for me one of them i think is good i have a
roommate the other i think good if i wanted to live alone by myself,
A1- This is a percent basement if you want to go alone. It is located in south Surrey and
here is the address 132 88 ave, V0V0V0, Surrey, BC.
It is a two bedroom basement. The basement is
600sqft and there is bathroom and hydro, heat, water
included and wifi is also included. I will not have to
have a pet in the
basement.There
is parking also
the date that I
have to be
expected to move
in is by may 30
2020. The cost for this basement is about 1,250
every month. But the problem is I will have to buy
furniture that will probably cost about $2,050-4,000.

A2- This Basement/Apartment I will Living with my roommate rajan. We will both be
splitting the cost of the apartment and we will be splitting the food cost. I think is
Basement will be for a roommate because it has more then one bedroom and it was
pretty big. The address for this place is 16719 17A Avenue, V3Z 0T3, Surrey, BC. It has
2 bedrooms and Hydro Heat and Water included and it has furniture and Wifi is also
included it has two parking areas. The cost is $1,350. I would have to pay 650 dollar
because I am sharing it with my friend. Out of
these Basements I would choose the second one because I have to pay less and I have a
friend who can help me with stuff.

6. For a car I would get a cheap car for my starter. I have two options for my car here.

C1- The first option is 2007 Jeep Patriot Sport 4WD These cars are used so that is
why they are really cheap. It has 4 doors It can travel up to 190 km and it needs 10.9L
per 100 km.It is a four wheeler and the engine is I4.The Annual gas cost will be about
$1,250. My average
cost for insurance for
my car will be about
$1,758 per year. The
price for this car is
3,888 dollar. I
would get the jeep from
Eagle Ridge Gm.

C2- The second option is 2006 Dodge Caravan SE FWD This car is also used so that is
why they are really cheap.I have
doors and it is front- wheel drive
the color of the car is Dark blue.
The maximum seats are 7 and the
engine is V6. The Annual gas cost
will be about $ 850 not the same
as the other one and the average
insurance will be not the same
which is 1,000 dollar. The cost of
the car is 1,980 dollar which I think
is a good price. The dealer location
is Burnaby, BC. Out of both of
these cars will choose the second
one because it is more reliable
and because I know it won't break down and it is cheap and i can afford it.

The total cost for the Food item would be about 34.57 dollar this number is not the
arcuate because i haven't added stuff that could be found about adding like chips and
cookies pop and milk after adding that the total cost is 65.75 dollar. The price is really
low because i am vegetarian. I don't need meat which costs a lot of money.

going to move out. I have apremeant which I am sharing and I have a cheap car that
won't break down and that is cheap. The total cost of everything i can afford. The total
cost is about 4.895 dollar. Also living with a parent is better because it can help you
