Post Lockdown Guidelines – HR

The objective this document is to provide guidelines for resuming the work post COVID-19 lockdown.
Manpower Management
Manpower Plan
 Ensure employees to whom offer letters have been sent are joining soon after Lock down.
 Location wise manpower requirement to be reviewed on or before 10 days before lockdown
 Excess manpower to be identified and prepare plan of separation if required
 New hire to be on-hold
Work Norms
 Post lockdown attendance to be collected through Excel sheets for one month as thumb
impression is contagious
 Employees failing to report to work within 3 working days of post lockdown to be considered
as absconding from services
 Lunch breaks of staff to be staggered to ensure social distancing.

Safety Measures
Employees
 Employee current health status to be tracked on or before 10 days before lockdown
 Thermal temperature screening checkpoints to be planned
 Sanitizers to be provided at check-in points
 Wearing mask to be mandated at workplace, Plants and Labs
 Aarogya Setu app to be installed by all employees
 Non-essential travel to be suspended
Plants /LAB
 Plant and Lab premises to be cleaned and disinfected frequently
 Display COVID-19 precautionary signage – Social Distancing, Usage of Sanitizers
 Disposable gloves to be used while packing of seeds
 Intensive communication and training on good hygiene practices to be imparted to casual and
daily wage workers at plants.
 All Vehicles used for transportation of seeds to be disinfected by spray.
