Having councilors on school campus for students if needed

The solutions I will be using to solve the issues that have risen at our school over the few days
will be; placing Becky Skutter on suspension pending expulsion, placing Ms. Idleman on
suspension pending termination, having a school assembly, and sending memos to school

holding a school assembly for all students, where we will talk about the policy, share what is
expected of and for our students when it comes to their safety, wellbeing, and education. I will
also let them know that there will be councilors available to them if they need to speak with
anyone about what has taken place. I will then send memos home to parents letting them know
what has happened at the school and what actions the school is doing to deal with this situation
as well as any future incidents I will express to them that they are welcome to call me with any
concerns, I will apologies, and ensure to them that I am doing what it take s to keep our school a
safe place for our children, doing this will promote collaboration, trust, learning, and high
expectations. In this memo I will also let the parents know about the councilors on campus that
will be present for the students to talk to if they need it. By taking these actions even though they
