The Accounting Club provides interested students with information regarding career development and
professional certification. The club also acts as an avenue through which the students can network,
participate in various social events and meet other students with similar career objectives. During club
activity hour, the accounting students get together and participate in social activities and accounting-
related topics of discussion. The goal of the Club is to provide each student with the proper tools such
that they will be a sought-after entity in the professional environment. The Club tries to enhance student
interest in the Accounting field, as well as assist students in the transition from academia to the work
place.
Meetings:
The club meets every Saturday
E journal a student editorial magazine where articles on latest accounting trends are published
Inviting keynote speakers from the “Big Four” Accounting Firms and other entities who are
currently working in the field and obtaining real-world experience
Discussing news and trends of the business industry with the members during meetings.
