CHICKEN CAPSICUM MASALA

TYPE: Semi Gravy

INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 4-5 tsp
Onion - 1 medium sized chopped
Chicken - ¼ kg
Ginger-Garlic Paste - ¾ tsp
Dhaniya - ½ tsp
Red Chilly Powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Green Chilly Paste - to Taste
Salt - to Taste
Curd - 4 tsp
Capsicum - 1 cut into small Cubes
Coriander Leaves - Garnish
Water - ½ Glass

METHOD:
1. Heat 4-5 tsp Oil in a Pan.
2. Add 1 medium sized Chopped Onion & fry till Golden Brown.
3. Add ¼ kg Chicken, ¾ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste, ½ tsp Dhaniya, ½ tsp Red Chilly Powder, ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder, ½ Garam Masala & stir for a while.
4. Add Green Chilly Paste to Taste & Mix well.
5. Add Salt to Taste, Coriander Leaves & Fry for a while.
6. Add 4 tsp Curd & Fry well.
7. Add ½ Glass Water & Mix well.
8. Cover Lid & Cook for 15-20 mins on Medium Flame.
9. Add 1 Capsicum cut into small Cubes & fry for 2-3 mins.
