Cars could speed down the road and possibly run someone over if the cast or crew isn't paying attention to road safety

someone could fall over on the rubble or concrete which won't cause serious damage but must still be taken into account

It is very unlikely but someone dangerous could come down the street and try to fight the cast or crew simply for taking
picture in their proximity

sized park at the end of said street. There is an alleyway at the start of the avenue that links with the street on the opposite side of st
annes avenue.
