A career is a profession that an individual undertakes for a long period of his/her lifetime and

earned money from it. Career planning is important for students because it help individuals to

come up with strategy of how they expect to see themselves in the future. It also encourages

individuals to explore and gather information, which enables them to synthesize, gain

competencies, make decisions, set goals and action. You could prepare a schedule to know how

long the career last and which is the next step to take after you have set your goal career. When

people have a career plan its easier for them to know what’s the next step and making sure they

are taking the right steps. Knowing what you want to do help you to have confidence on yourself

because you know what to expect and you have planned your future focusing in the career you

love. It a vision to be successful in the future you have chosen. Always remember that money

should not be your main objective because you could get big money but if you do not enjoy the

career choose you won’t be performing your best at the work place once you doing what you

good at and something you enjoy you will always give your best all the time.
