Field Trip Report

In our field trip to Scrub Island I learn that when you are serving customers a drink such as a
wine the label should always face the individual without covering the label with your hand or
fingers, before opening the drink you should ask if that’s the wine they ordered, you should tell
the individual the name and year of this wine.

Also, you should always put a placement mats, when serving a dish, you serve on the left and
remove on the right side as well when u serving a drink u serve it on the right so you don’t wet
the person if any liquid drip. The lady show us how to make up a bed and how to used towels to
make a bed center piece.
