landline/broadband no. 01147089924. Around from two years i am using airtel broadband and this time i had
face so many problems and also i having 5 broadband connection with different names and today airtel 121
excecutive made me a commitement to provide Rs1150 off in my current bill as interaction id-695809420
executive name is mukul. as matter why he is providing me this discount you can check from interaction id or
you can contact him.

Hereby this is request to you sir/mam please grant me this discount or free router(binatone or beetel) as i had
facing inconvenience from 5-6 months and solve it within one or two days otherwise it may let me to go with
DISCONNECTION of my broadband connection and other 4 connections also. as i am very disappointed with
on such these inconvenience which i had faced by calling airtel customer care(121) and talking to them hourly
to hourly.

So please puts your efforts on such this issue and send your vendor by one or two days because i had already
wait from one week now i am not going to wait anymore.

Either allow me to Brand new binatone router from airtel side or adjust Rs1150 amount in my current bill.
