3. After assessing the situation, my client immediately took an action and made
several complaints on various occasion through different modes which are
stated as below:
26th April 2017 - Personally visited Vodafone Gallery in Byculla
26th April 2017 – Telephonic Complaint (Complaint No. 308923260)
29th April 2017 - Telephonic Complaint (Complaint No. 310147398)
29th April 2017 – Telephonic Complaint (Complaint No. 310145422)
4. My Client has been trying to resolve the issue right from the first day and he
has attempted several calls to customer care of Vodafone but the issue still
stands unresolved and was not at all attended in the manner which it
should have been from the Vodafone service provider. The Vodafone
customer care failed to look after this matter seriously and did not resolve to
any of these above telephonic complaints.
