Fidel V. Ramos buildings are subject to major repair.

This is to certify that MS. JELLIMAE M. PECASALES is presently serving as

a substitute teacher in this institution. She has rendered service for a period of four
(4) months starting from September 4, 2019 up to present.

Furthermore, she exhibited a very satisfactory performance in his work as

stipulated in her duties and responsibilities as a teacher.
