The Manager
Pag-IBIG Fund
Ozamiz City/Pagadian City
Mindanao

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I, Wilgin C. Armamento, one of the school owners and School Administrator, writing
on behalf of Arma Technical & Vocational Training School, Inc. a duly registered
corporation under the Security Exchange Commission last February 2017 and also a
registered private technical vocational institution under the Technical Education Skills
Development Authority (TESDA), with office address located at Purok 7, Lapasan, Clarin,
Misamis Occidental.

This letter is to justify the operation of our school in relation to our Pag-Ibig Fund
contribution. Our institution is registered under SEC last February 2017 but there were no full
time employees hired from the date of registration until July 2017 due to the ongoing
construction of our rooms. But only an On-Call Trainer was added. We have applied under
TESDA as training center last July 2017 and were able to get our Certificate of TVET
Program Registration on August 2017 and September 2017. However, the operation only
started by the time TESDA provided us with Scholarship Programs which started on
December 2017. With this, we only have On-Call Trainers who were employed only for a
given number of days (minimum 15 days to maximum 45 days).

Below are the following non-continuous trainings we have since the beginning:
1. 18 days under the Bread and Pastry Production NC II qualification.
2. 40 days under the Cookery NC II qualification.
3. 45 days under the Food and Beverage Services NC II qualification.

Every year we are only given 1 set of scholarship program per qualification and that is
the only time we are having our operation. By this year, we have been approved by the
Department of Education to deliver Senior High School Program (TVL Track) which started
last June 2019. Only me, as an administrator were actively doing all the papers works related
to our training programs and an on-call trainer to deliver the program before the approval
from DepEd. With this, we are now on the process of finalizing our contributions to some
agencies of our government including Pag-Ibig Fund. I believe this is one of our
responsibilities as an Employer to duly comply with the benefits and contributions for our
employees.

We humbly apologize for the delay of this matter but rest assured will comply with
the requirements needed to fully contribute for the benefit and welfare of our employees, and
we look forward for your kind consideration.

Thank you very much and God bless us all.

Respectfully yours,

WILGIN C. ARMAMENTO
School Administrator
