December 15, 2018, Saturday, shall remain to be a class day intended for
student activities. Please refer to D.O. #49 s. 2018, for the full contents.

In lieu of this, the scheduled Children’s Christmas Party will be moved from
December 13 to the date specified above while Teachers’ Christmas Party is retained on
Friday, December 14, 2018 since we had made our reservation already at Sambokojin.
However, this office wrote a letter of request to the Schools Division Superintendent
informing him that we will be having a one day Saturday make-up class on January
2019 to cover the one day classes borrowed to the total number of school days for SY
2018-2019.

Wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

We regret to inform you Sir that Molino Elementary School will be having its early
Teachers’ Christmas Party on December 14, 2018 since we had arranged already a
reservation at Sambokojin on Friday. Nevertheless, the School decided to have a one
day Saturday make-up class to cover the one day classes borrowed to the total number
of classes for SY 2018-2019.

Meanwhile, we would like likewise to take this opportunity to invite you to grace our
Christmas Bonding Celebration on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Sambokojin,
Southmall together with ASDS Ms. Bernadette T. Luna.

We would really appreciate Sir if you can come and join us to make this celebration a
special and worth remembering gathering.

In line with DepEd Order #13, s. 2018 and Division #126, s. 2019 with regards to the
conduct of Summer Classes for SY 2018-2019, this office directs the chairman and all
concerned teachers to submit the list of names of those pupils who failed in not more
than two subjects at the end of school year on March 18, 2019.

Below is the format to be used.

The summer / remedial classes shall begin on April 15, 2019 (Monday) and ends on
May 24, 2019 (Friday), with 4 hours teaching per learning area except for ESP for
Grade IV-VI which 2.5 hours only.

100% compliance is a must.
