Problem
At this time of pandemic crisis, COVID 19, we are driving towards the “Way out Strategy” that will
help us steer the continuous planning towards achieving the target/ goals of year 2020.

Target Area
Pre-COVID19 Pandemic state lockdown, our strategy was to domain wise targe the above mentioned
industry and we were successfully steering 3 to 4 meetings a day. We were deriving the maximum
output and valuable deliverables.

Stage Particulars Details

Stage 1 Explore  Will explore and review the existing targeted industry
 Keeping in touch with them through all mediums of
communication e.g SMS , Emails, Phone calls etc.
 Listing down the Agenda points of collaborations and
reviewing the execution plan once back to office like
organizing the recruitment drives, sessions, panel
discussion , camps etc.

Stage 2 Approach  Using the IKIGAI approach

Conclusion
At OCLP we believe in fostering the long term relations between Academia and Industry. Our main
focus would be staying in touch with current connections and strategizing the execution plan once
back in the office. Concerned team will be staying in touch with all connections through phone calls,
emails, sms, video calls etc. Also Research Analyst will be working towards creating the lists of
Industries- targeting the school wise collaborations.

At this time of crisis, we should support each other and prays to Almighty Allah for his blessings for
