Dear Disney,

Ever seen I was a kid, the images of a merciful gentlemen always emerge in my
memory…talking gently and start drawing on a piece of white paper and he said: "It all started
with a mouse". Those sketches lines evoke my inner passion for arts. It clicks my heart when I
saw the post of Field Art Director (Character Façade) in Shanghai. I immediately re-write my
cover letter to apply this post.

During my 23 years of career in International design agencies / music entertainments

industries and Corporate gifts Merchandise Company make me the “all-rounder” candidate
for Walt Disney. Communication and quality materials finishing control with local China
suppliers / vendors will be my “best show” as I have years of genius business relationship &
experiences working with them across Canton Guangzhou to Yiwu, Zhejiang province.

Throughout my journey of art, I had served several market brands such as: L’Oreal,
REDKEN, Maxis, ROXAR, MALAYSIA BURSA SAHAM. - Blue chip Stocks Exchange… I
have also won a numbers of awards and prizes; most importantly I gained respect from the

With my excellent communication skills and marketing sense, I have no problem to

work with different levels of peoples / designer / vendors. I am able to listen to other people’s
viewpoints well and transform vision to reality, imagination to visual. Real passion for art
motivated me to work long hours and even during weekend just to complete the tasks. I can
ensure you that for one reason: “I don’t like to watch FIFA World cup in the middle of late
night!”

I can speak fluent & write in booth English & Mandarin (Chinese) and even basic
Japanese (Hiragana & Kanji). Local China Dialects such as Cantonese, Hakka, and Hokkien
will be advantages…for the management team to have a better understanding on the real
culture of China market! ( Psst…I can even work as a translator for FREE!)
