ROTAMAT® Screw Conveyors are used for horizontal or
inclined transport of screenings or other materials
generated by various manufacturing processes.
Continuous and gentle conveying in an enclosed pipe
eliminates odor nuisance and minimizes wear of
products.
Both versions – the closed pipe Ro 8 as well as the
trough version Ro 8t – include a shafted stainless steel
transport screw for optimum reliability of operation.
The screws are customized to the material being

process permits exact tolerances which in turn minimize
wear and tear, power consumption and thus operating
cost.
The standard machine length is 6 m, but shorter and
longer versions are readily available and can be
customized to individual needs. The optional heated
and insulated version offers frost protection as low as
-25° C.
HUBER ROTAMAT® Screw Conveyors are entirely
manufactured from stainless steel and passivated by
complete immersion in a pickling bath.
