Resource List statements


The primary purpose for creating a resource list is to identify risks within the
project team.

The need for a resource list is increased when the project team is co-located.

Resource lists should be updated at the beginning of each phase with any new or
different extended team members.

A resource list normally shows task assignments made to each of the individuals on
the resource list.

If a project uses special equipment or facilities, an equipment resource list is often


created that includes contact information for whoever is responsible for the
special equipment or facility.

The team resource list should include all team members including extended team
